A relational network is a group of people who connect regularly for authentic relationship.

They may be:

Ministry groups (eg: Bible study, mission team)

Interest groups (eg: mum’s group, motorbike group)

Service groups (eg: worship team, production team)

Age groups (eg: youth, young adults)

Accountability groups

Almost anything you can imagine.
